Honest teardowns of real D2C brands
Every month we pull apart a real Indian D2C brand — their live store and their public ad creatives, all public information — and show exactly what we’d change and why. Constructive and specific, never a hit piece.
What a teardown covers
One brand a month, picked because something about it is instructive rather than because it is doing badly. We work only from what anyone can see: the live storefront and whatever is running in the Meta Ad Library. No client data, no account access, no insider numbers.
The store
The path from ad click to checkout: what the landing page asks for, where the friction is, how the product page answers the questions a first-time buyer actually has, and what the store costs itself in load time on an Indian mobile connection.
The creative
What is live in the Ad Library, how long it has been running, how much of it is variations on one idea, and which hooks are doing the work. Longevity in the library is public evidence of what is working for them.
What we would change first
A short, ordered list — the one thing we would fix before anything else, and why. The same judgement we would apply on day one of running the account, written down in public.
Teardowns are constructive and never a hit piece. If a brand asks us to take theirs down, we take it down. If you would rather have this done privately on your own account instead of publicly on someone else's, that is the free growth audit — same analysis, your numbers, three working days.
The first teardown is publishing shortly.
